Good OLE' Logyyy

The larger majority of our dating happened in the heart of Cache Valley, LOGAN!!! So many good memories!
That bottom bite is HONESTLY the best thing ever. You have to "smoosh" the ice cream to the bottom while you eat it. The fakest ice cream is ONLY good on an ice cream cone. McDonalds serves a mean ice cream cone, affordable too ;) hahahaha!!
This boy had never experienced Smith & Edwards before Wednesday! We wanted to get to Logan so bad, but I was craving Frooties and I have been told this is the only place to find them. You can find anything and EVERYTHING at this place. I loooooove Smith & Edwards! I am laughing so hard in those pictures because I wanted a picture of us in front of the store...but I was posing so oddly and he just LOST it. He loves me :)
HAHAHAHAHAHAH! He drove up in a suit (as seen in the pictures above), he forgot to bring shoes! I tried so hard to have him wear them at country dancing, he wouldn't. It looked hilarious. He bought some sweet new shoes though!
We are that annoying couple that does dumb stuff while waiting to be seated. Dinner with Abby & Zach, and Chelsea and Wade was a riot!
YEE-HAW! I haven't been dancing in forever. This time was better than all the rest, Mitch came! His poor knee wouldn't allow him to dance too much. We had so much fun watching the 60-yr-old creep hit on other girls, I have danced with him ONCE before...he was so angry that my ring got caught on his finger (not wedding ring). He is soooooo weird, and we watched him in action all night long! Mitch was laughing as he imagined me dancing here every week.
Poor Mitchy! We were swinging, and we were going too high....he tried to grab the chain on my swing and BAM! Major backfire. Luckily it only resulted in a black eye.

We love Logan!

...and Chelsea and Abby :)

True stuff

We continue to take pictures in the car....and they just KEEP getting better. :)

Quickest way to be determined to cut the carbs.....having your fiancé show you this picture he took of you. How else can you get all the tasty crumbs.

LOWES CINEMA in Layton is the BOMB. Going to see Non Stop tonight. Recliners and a blanket. YEEEEHAW!

He most definitely is shaving his face in the parking garage at Gateway. My man!!!

Who's the sleepy head now!? He always has given me hard time about going to bed so early...well, he can't keep up with me throughout the day! Sleep is precious.

Walk into this after my class every Monday. Something about a determined, hard-working man. I love you!

Count on me to pick the ugliest color of nails. Sometimes "trying to be different" is a bad idea.

I can't let this one slide

This was honestly at LEAST a month ago, but I have to blog about it.

Probably one of my favorite dates...EVER.

I love cows, still not sure why.
Everything is cow oriented in this place!!

Isn't he cute? Check out the table, and Mitch checking Twitter.
Mitch thought he was SO CLEVER for saying something like: "I am utterly tickled to be with you Stac" (top right photo). It is pretty funny haha. One day I will have my baby calves :)
Next Stop: Heber City, UT! We found a real cow :) and....
AGGIE BLUE MINT ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Abby introduced me to this bit of heaven last semester. It is so amazing, YOU NEED TO TRY IT! Only select stores sell it.
Last stop: The ice castles in Midway, UT. Mitchell approved of me wearing my cow beanie all night long. Maybe insisted is a better word. He loved that thing. Those shoes I have on, yeah...ZERO tread left. I had a great time slip-sliding away. Almost took Mitch down with me a few times.

Amazing what $1.00 can do :)

So we had time to kill before heading to a funeral...

We had already eaten breakfast...

We were driving by 11,000 South...

I have always wanted to...

RIDE THE FERRIS WHEEL AT SCHEEL'S!

So that is JUST what we did :)

Haven't been on a ferris wheel in I don't know HOW long.

The little things really are the big things in life...

Well...I thought he was happy. hahaha.
That Red Robin bbq chicken wrap might be a little more than $1.00 but MAN oh man it is the best thing ever. Well, not the best...the BEST thing ever is the fries and fry sauce at Red Robin. Thought it was a brilliant idea to have only the french fries catered to our reception. That idea got shut down REAL quick. Understandable, I guess. I would still eat them if they were soggy.

Left behinds

Two different pictures, days, and places to go but we look the SAME. One thing is FOR SURE about having a long-distance relationship, cares about spending money on gas and a hour drive here & there is no biggie. He has shown that to me from DAY ONE! Driving up to Logan to MEET me for the first time. Meg and Bryson, if you're reading this, PLEASE notice the monster that made it in the blog again. :) Love that you guys pointed that out. Love you guys!
After me publishing his SMELLY SHIRT STORY to the public....he decided to let me have it. Not really, but it immediately reminded me of that experience. Honestly, I can't describe it enough.....I HATE THAT SMELL!

My mom cut his hair. It was getting long and shaggy, but I just adored the little curls by his ears and neck (I sound ridiculous I know). We walked in the house one night and the first thing she said, "Mitch let's cut your hair." The rest is history, he looks soooooo fine. (insert smirking emoji here)

Left my computer for a minute and came back to this. Between me posting this, and us joining Facebook accounts....it is BEYOND me why we just haven't eloped ;).

Really though, I wonder how many people look at this, read it...and just shake their head thinking "they are too much/cheesy".... weird thought but I am just so curious. haha

School is pushing my limits. I am annoyed with it. With it ALL.

Just in case you didn't notice, look at who is on Mitch's shoulders :) NALA! She loves him. If we are lucky, we get to have her when we get married. Makes sense, since she loves us most.

We just can't let ourselves gain weight once we tie the knot, because we both LOVE good food. We won't though.

Random, but you know what I love about Red Lobster? That film the rolls leave on the top of you roof. I used to hate it, but now I don't. Those biscuits are so dang good.

I rarely get sick. Luckily he was at my house when I started to feel sick and he took care of me all day! We ate at Winger's....how? I am still not sure.

One thing IS for sure though, I am NEVER too sick for ice cream. We ate an asphalt pie. mmmmmm mmmm mm! Reminded me of high school Friday nights. With Capri, Sam, Kailan and Maggie. We would lie about birthdays one too many times to get one of those things. hahahaha!

This is my favorite!

EVERYDAY we are driving in SLC for one reason or another.

We are getting married in the Draper Temple and then having our reception at The Grand America in SLC. Every time we drive by one of us always points it out. It is a crazy thing, this wedding planning, it has been SO EASY. Mainly because my mom has helped us so much, and nearly everything is planned. The only thing that is hard is realizing that day it will all be over. Good thing we still have three months, well kinda. The whole this is just bittersweet. More sweet than bitter that is for SURE.

St. George treats us well

On the road again! What do I do when he rolls down my window and locks it? Fake a smile for a picture hahahahaha! All I am going to say is, at least he can handle me at all points in the day, moods, times of year/month... yada yada yada. He just gets me.
This is the same Maverik we went to RIGHT after he told me he loved me for the first time. My sister and mom were driving ahead of us (Thanksgiving last year) and we pulled off about 3 minutes after he had spilled the AWESOME news (that he loooooooved me), and my mom said, WOAH Mitch why is your face red? She was convinced it was because the drivers side window had sun coming in, when in reality....he had just told me he loved me and he was a little red :) My cute man. So moral of the story, he took this picture and told my mom we were at the gas station that he got "sunburned" at. hahahahaha!

This just explains itself. We asked a guy to take our picture, and we just couldn't make it work. This was right after we ate some Cafe Rio and talked about the wedding. They are the best, they really are! :) I am so lucky to be marrying into such a genuine, "on the ball" type of family. Love them.
My arm looks like its 200 lbs, it is fine. Still have a few months. I was just about to make fun of Mitchell's "fluffy hair"..until I glanced up at mine. At least Dan and Chris look like hotties. hahahahaha.
MY FIRST CANDLELIGHT DINNER:
a.) with my one and only :)
b.) was fun because we made it together
c.) turned out soooooo delicious (besides the yogurt creation)
d.) was nothing but perfect, except I noticed I have a hard time being all lovey dovey in such a "set up" scenario. I suck. He is so perfect at handling me. I know I say it a lot, I mean it! Just listen to Lee Brice's song Hard to Love it is me. 100%.
The yogurt creation. Looks so dang good right? Perfect lesson of not letting the outer appearance fool you! haha. Banana pudding, and all those yummy fruits just didn't feel like colliding. I am on this banana EVERYTHING kick, well....banana flavored jello is a no-no.
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO ME :)
I had told him all week long all I wanted was a single orange rose. I woke up to a vase full of orange roses, and one wrapped individually. TELL ME HOW MANY MEN LISTEN LIKE THAT? OK, I guess I told him at least 15 times I just wanted one. But still, I was so impressed. I love you Mitchy!
Peggy Sue's is a Mesquite MUST! My dad named the waitress there, Rockin' Ronda. Her name is Ronda, at least he didn't make up something TOO weird. This place reminds me of the diner off of the movie A Cinderella Story with Hilary Duff. A childhood favorite. :)
My first time visiting the St. George temple. Look how gorgeous? The stranger that took this picture knew his stuff!

This will be us in less than 90 days! :) Except we will look a WHOLE lot better ;) Dressed in white, our hair all done, and even MORE in love. that is not possible.

On the way home we stopped in Cedar City. This is where Mitch went to high school! He showed me a few places that were the "hangouts" and just told me soooooo many interesting and hilarious stories. All we kept saying was, "WE ARE SO HAPPY TO BE OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL!" I mean there are some pretty awesome memories we both hold and cherish from our high school life, but life is just incredibly better now! This is Hermie's Drive In, he had some pretty crazy memories here.
We ate here at Brads Slut Hut (what they called it in high school because all pretty girls would wear short shorts and serve the food. hahahaha) As we were walking out we HAD to ask someone to take a picture, like always. Well this time it was so perfect because I asked this younger boy to take it, he was with a lot of his high school friends and they just acted "too cool" until Mitch cracked a joke. Then they felt "cool" taking a picture. HIGH SCHOOL IS SO HILARIOUS! hahahahahahahaha. At least we got the picture. My outfit rocks huh! ;) All about traveling in comfort baby.
Full plates $7.00 each! OASIS CASINO YOU KNOW HOW TO SERVE A SOLID MEAL! But what they don't do so well is...
....deal acceptable hands during blackjack. $90.00 later. At least we had full tummies right?
Can't wait till I am 21. I'm going to win. :)

We had a great time! We love Dan and Chris.
